A Redesign begins with a Consultation. During this time we get to know you and you get to know us! By asking questions and listening, we identify your current decorating frustrations and personal lifestyle.
The Redesign itself is much like HGTV’s Decorating Cents. While you are out, we clear the room to be redesigned and begin positioning your furnishings. You return to a beautiful, functional and harmonious metamorphosis of your living space.
An average size room takes approximately 4 hours to complete. The cost of $250 also covers the Consultation. Economical package rates are available for more than one room. This enables you to Redesign as many rooms as you desire.
Redesign for Real Estate
Also know as Home Staging, this popular concept will help you get top dollar for your home with minimum days on the market. Staging sets your home apart . . . Remember, you only get one chance to make a first impression.
At the Initial Evaluation, we tour your home from a Buyer’s perspective knowing that Buyers need to connect emotionally when purchasing a home.
On Staging day we enhance your home to “model” or “parade” appeal by adding pops of color, creative furniture placement and accessorizing. We know that a well presented property is often perceived as a well maintained property.
Both the Evaluation and the Staging are charged at $50 an hour.
